All parents protect their children, however, as they grow older the needs for protection change and we all need to be alive to these new dangers. All parents are aware that there are vast amounts of pornography on the Web and it is usual for them to set controls. It is unlikely once the youngster reaches an age of about twelve that these control will be enough. Our youngsters tend to be far more computer literate than most of us realize, which is why we should monitor children on the Internet.
